I was at a different oil change facility, and since they were getting close to closing, they gave me an excuse as to why they couldn’t service my vehicle and asked me to come back another time. I went down the street to Take 5 and was greeted by Avante. Even though they were only about 15 minutes from closing, I asked if they had time to do an oil change. His response was simply, “Yes.” I’m thankful for the willingness to help and the excellent customers from him and his team Zy was extremely professional and very knowledgeable and great at taking care of the oil change. Definitely recommend.
Mike and Rashaud were both very professional and informative on explaining what services were being provided to the vehicle and providing information in a manner that is clear and informative of any additional recommended services. Their customer service skills was outstanding in insuring that getting a simple oil change can be more than a dull experience. When I return for my next oil change and see them, I know I am in good hands.
I was blessed with an absolutely wonderful experience who thought having your oil change would be so amazing. Both employees Zy and Mile were extremely professional extremely knowledgeable and helpful. The real blessing opened on Sunday
