I had an excellent experience at Take 5 Oil Change from start to finish. The team was incredibly professional, efficient, and genuinely friendly. I really appreciated how they walked me through everything they were doing without trying to upsell unnecessary services—it felt honest and transparent, which is rare these days. The whole process was quick and convenient, and I didn’t even have to leave my car. They checked all my fluids, explained my options clearly, and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. You can tell they take pride in their work and customer service. If you’re looking for fast, reliable service with a team that actually respects your time, I highly recommend Take 5. I’ll definitely be coming back!

I’m giving 5 stars because the gentleman who helped me was absolutely great. He was friendly, helpful, and provided excellent customer service. However, I am very disappointed on a corporate level to learn that military discounts are no longer offered. Especially in a military town, where so many active-duty service members, veterans, and military families live and support local businesses, I feel this is something the company should reconsider. My 5 stars are definitely for the employee who helped me—he earned them!

I was at a different oil change facility, and since they were getting close to closing, they gave me an excuse as to why they couldn’t service my vehicle and asked me to come back another time. I went down the street to Take 5 and was greeted by Avante. Even though they were only about 15 minutes from closing, I asked if they had time to do an oil change. His response was simply, “Yes.” I’m thankful for the willingness to help and the excellent customers from him and his team Zy was extremely professional and very knowledgeable and great at taking care of the oil change. Definitely recommend.
