This place is AMAZING best customer service......from beginning to end I went to another shop prior to going there waited 10 mins and Noone acknowledged i was there....as soon as I drove up was greated and for me this was big.....I feel even if you cant get to someone right away the acknowledgement and I will be with you in a minute. I also like their attention to detail and the way they communicate with each other. Great experience and I will be back....
I'll keep coming back Trystan and Carolann were superb, friendly, professional, and thorough 🙌 Second experience at any take 5, both have been good Price for all their services is very reasonable and while they're is an "upsell" for services is only the ones that you actually need and never felt pressured or aggressive
Awesome is the word! I went there for just an oil change, however I explained that after 7 years of putting this car back on the road, these gentleman went above and beyond to did an observation on my car. I already know I will need new wipers, but I found out I need an antifreeze flush, and these guys are awesome. They communicated with me with everything about what’s going on with the car and just kept me informed which II already know I will need to have you replaced my wipers. They allow me to make a decision on anything else that needed no pressure and I agree and they did take care of me. And the whole time I was allowed to sit in my car while they did the work. I definitely recommend Take 5 on Brigthleaf Blvd
