⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a great experience at the Take 5 in Shelby! Terry (the light-skinned guy) was incredibly professional, friendly, and made the whole process quick and easy. He took the time to explain everything without making me feel pressured and had such a positive attitude the entire time. You can tell he genuinely cares about the customers and takes pride in his work. If he isn’t already, I think he’d make a great manager. He carries himself like a leader, keeps things running smoothly, and provides the kind of customer service that keeps people coming back. I’ll definitely be returning because of the experience I had!
We just stopped by on our way to Shelby to get a quick oil change and it was the best service I’ve ever had. They were very thorough and looked at a lot of different things on the car to let us know like filters and windshield wipers and all kinds of stuff which was great. They were super fast and we were out of there quickly. I recommend it to everybody.
They were very kind and helpful. It was a joy to do business there. I would highly recommend going to this location. I almost wish it took longer the gentlemen working there talk to you as if they have known you for years. I absolutely loved that place. I was there for my yearly auto inspection
