Really great experience at Take 5! Everyone was friendly, helpful, and professional, even when my quick oil change turned into more of an endeavor because my car was a bit of a problem child. Despite that, everything was handled in a timely manner, and the team maintained a friendly demeanor throughout. Addison was phenomenal and truly went above and beyond to communicate with me, explain what was going on, and educate me on what my vehicle needed, without ever making me feel talked down to or pressured. She was patient, thorough, and incredibly helpful in getting me safely on my way, especially when my car was long overdue for some TLC. It’s clear that she’s a quality employee and a huge asset to the team. I also really appreciated whoever was working under my car (sorry, I didn’t catch her name)! Overall, excellent customer service and a great experience.

I came in for a routine oil change and ended up needing a coolant exchange as well! Alex and Jess took really good care of me and were super sweet and easy to talk to. They explained everything in a way that actually made sense, which I really appreciated, and they also checked my tire pressure for me without me even asking. There was no wait when I got there early in the morning, which was perfect. Everything moved quickly but didn’t feel rushed. I’m a repeat customer at this point, and experiences like this are why I keep coming back. I left feeling informed and good about the service I got. I’ll definitely be back next time I need maintenance.

Very polite and friendly. I will likely return. Couple minor things though. Seems to me in the past they would reset the service warning. In this case they did not. Also seems to me they used to put a sticker in my window to give guidance when next service would be due. Maybe they quit doing it. Over all a good experience.
