We had an oil change just before we took a trip down the highway at another take five location and they put the wrong oil in it causing a check engine light to come on. We came to this location, explained the situation and these men hopped into action. Super kind, not even a little bit of fuss. They took care of us, were incredibly pleasant and just had a smiling face the whole time. Huge shout out to Jaquell and Jashon! You guys are the definition of friendly customer service.
Very nice polite group of young men's working there that knew exactly what they was doing they also looked like they work well together-- great customer service made my experience very pleasant-and they offered me a bottle of cold water doing the check in process 😀 will be going there again
Had an oil change in Durham and they completely messed up. Brought it to the shop here in Rocky Mount and they completely fixed the issue, added new fresh oil, and go me back rolling safely. S/O personally to Courtney for being extremely attentive and documenting everything and keeping me updated on each and every step. I recommend everyone to stop by here for any and all needs. 10/10 experience and a great knowledgeable crew.
