Great experience! What a wonderful team you have! There are many more oil change places in our area that I could go to but I always go to Take 5. Whoever the management team is who hires the employees is doing a marvelous job. They are always friendly, and not in a fake friendly way. They work exceptionally well as a team and they are very knowledgeable about their products. I'll continue to go there.
Excellent service. I went here for the first time today and will definitely be coming back to this exact location. Great group of employees. What impressed me the most was their communication between eachother and myself. Felt like I was getting real information about what my car needed without trying to be ripped off, and I didn't feel like I was a burden. They all felt like they genuinely enjoyed what they are doing. Solid work guys. I'll see you again in 5,000 miles.
As a woman im always scared of getting work done on my car thinking that most places take advantage of you and try to get you to spend more money by telling you that you need all this extra stuff done to your car.I can honestly say that I felt very comfortable and treated fairly and with great service and will be going back there and only there from now on for any other services needed on my car.Thank you Christian for all your help and I will be back.
