Jin, Derek and Chris were great! Despite the not so nice people being people ahead of me, the heat, and there only being three of them, they did what they could as efficiently as possible and with respect and kindness. We had some laughs and jokes along the way and I appreciate them getting my oil changed and remembering me from earlier in the day when I didn't have time and had to come back. Thank you guys!, and remember, y'all don't let the negative outweigh the positive. And if you Huh you can hear. 😂🤣😂🤣
My 1st time using the service and the manager worked within my budget for my oil change as I informed go to another competitor I really enjoyed watching the teamwork as each person had a certain job which made the oil change fast. They come out and check on you and offer you a bottle of water while waiting. I really appreciated topping off my fluids and checking air pressure in the tires as not all oil places offer this . The person ahead of me was incredibly condescending and racist. The assistant manager Jaylen handled that absolute clown perfectly. Together with Alonzo, they completed my oil change, antifreeze change, fuel filter replacement, and tire rotation on my truck seamlessly in less than an hour. They were ALL polite, friendly, and not pushy about services. Great team, will be back. Came back again to new employees and i gotta say they are a great set of dudes. The assistant manager jin, derek, and the new employee they were training were knowledgeable and really awesome to be around. They had me in and out quickly even though they were busy. Will be back!
