Let the record show that on this day, I pulled into Take 5 expecting the usual oil change. What I got instead was a legend. Micah was holding down the ENTIRE shop. Alone. One woman versus a line of cars and the relentless march of time. Lesser mortals would've crumbled. Micah? Chipper. Smiling. Moving with the speed and precision of someone who's personally offended by wasted minutes. I barely had time to get comfortable in my seat before I was done and back on the road. I came in for an oil change. I left having witnessed a one-woman operation that deserves a documentary. Management, if you're reading this: Micah did the work of a full crew without breaking a sweat or losing the good attitude. That's the kind of effort that should be rewarded. Raise, bonus, a plaque, a parade, whatever's in the budget. Meanwhile I can't get my oil changed without needing a nap afterward. Thank you, Micah. Truly elite.
Alexis , Jin, and LeBron were outstanding , came in for an oil change and got the full service I was looking for . Quick, easy , and back on the road. Talked with The assistant manager Alexis and was very knowledgeable about my oil change and letting me know my coolant flush was due , haven’t see great customer service like that in a long time , highly recommend the staff and Mr Alexis
This shop off Hwy 74 was awesome. The three gentlemen working there at open on Sunday 2nd were fantastic. They were all thorough, polite, had great communication with each other, and are miles ahead of the location we visited in Papillion, NE back in May. Indian Trail location actually checked my air filter and asked about changing it, the Papillion NE location didn’t even glance at it. So, I highly recommend coming to the location off Hwy 74 in Indian Trail NC if you’re in the area and in need. They’ll take care of you efficiently and ensure you get what you need!
