Absolutely outstanding service! The team went above and beyond to make me feel like a valued customer. They changed my oil, completed my inspection, checked my filters, topped off my fluids, and filled my tires. They even noticed my bumper was hanging loose and thoughtfully secured it with a zip tie to keep it from rubbing against my tires. They offered me a bottle of water, too! Every team member was friendly, personable, professional, and meticulous. The service was efficient, thorough, and genuinely caring. I have never experienced this level of customer service at an oil change facility. This team deserves recognition for going the extra mile! I will absolutely be back and highly recommend them!
I had a great experience, I was told about two different maintenance procedures I did not know of and should start following. Manger Kay was on duty and made sure to confirm my experience, Jay was the main person on my visit and explained everything super clear. When it was my turn Matt and Kaiden took care of the work super fast. Matt ever offered me a step show the next time I come lol
Honestly very great service, didn't even know i needed my coolent change but thankfully it got done before problems started. The staff were very friendly and I even saw an old coworker working there. They seemed a lot happier at take 5 then their previous job so I guess the work environment is great too. But yeah 5 stars would come again.
