I typically sometimes avoid these places considering the headache sales environments can give you.. this one was definitely worth my risk, Chase, Landon and the other guys are kind, and seem happy to be working, which helps the entire experience feel much more comfortable, felt like a nascar crew! Roxie gave me the VIP experience, she keeps your attention the entire time, walks through the entire service with you while explaining what’s going on , I don’t feel so blindsided by the recommendations they may have. Her intelligence on the services offered helps you feel alot more confident about purchasing the services available.. I will continue to trust her with every vehicle I own, the entire team was IMMACULATE and I have absolutely no complaints whatsoever. Makes me look forward more to my car service times, rather than sick to my stomach about the money I may spend. I genuinely could not recommend this location enough. She was even able to explain to me the chemistry with coolant and I never really understood how important these fluids are!.. they even rotate tires! Thank you again Roxie for giving me a new perspective on quick lube. If you need a place to send your daughters or friends & family that you can trust to be transparent , honest and trustworthy , send them to take 5 on highway 70. Ask for Roxie, Chase or Landon especially!
Today was my second visit. The first time was an oil change and this visit was a coolant flush/refill. Both times were 5 star great experiences. They are always friendly, happy to help, & efficient. They do a great job explaining what they're doing as the service is being done. This is my favorite place now for service. Thanks to Dawsyn & Darian today for doing such a great job and for being so nice, friendly, & helpful. You made my visit very enjoyable. Keep up the great work!
Came here earlier today for an oil change and they got me in quick! They also asked to look at the cabin filter and showed me how dirty it was and had an ongoing discount on a replacement. While I was sitting in my car getting the oil change done by one guy, another one cleaned my windshield with a squeegee and put air in my tires without me asking! Very nice people. Quick service. Definitely will be coming back for my next oil change!
