stopped by to get an oil change and tire rotation, guys did a good job, professional, polite . Roxie deserves special mention, she was on point, by far the best service writer I have had contact with, you need to make her a trainer. it was a pleasure to do business with her. in a day when it is so hard to get good customer service she was excellent.
Went to Take 5 for the first time for an inspection in my new car that has light gray seats. I was extremely concerned about them getting dirty when they drove my car in. The attendant was so caring that she covered the seat and actually took off her shoes!!! She went above and beyond and took excellent care of us and our car. I will definitely go back.
The service was fast and friendly. They greeted me with a cold bottle of water which was a nice touch. Roxie took the time to explain everything to me and answered all my questions. I feel like the prices were fair and they didn't rip me off. I never even left my seat which is really cool. I will definitely return for my future service needs and highly recommend that you try this place. The one I went to is on hwy 70 by the mall.
