I highly recommend this Take 5 Oil Change location! From the moment I pulled in, I was greeted right away and treated with outstanding customer service. The entire team was friendly, professional, and genuinely went above and beyond. A special shoutout to Niko, whose customer service exceeded my expectations and made the entire experience smooth, welcoming, and stress-free. I also want to recognize Andrew for performing a thorough inspection of my vehicle and taking the time to explain the maintenance recommendations without making me feel rushed or pressured. This was my first visit, and I couldn't be more impressed. Between Niko and Andrew, they've earned my business. If they continue providing this level of service, I'll be a loyal customer for years to come. Highly recommend!
Wait time was a bit long but I didn't mind though once my car got in to get serviced, it was done quickly! Plus it was a Saturday when I went so it's understandable. It was my first time going and the staff was really friendly! Niko (I think that was their name) was super helpful and explained everything really well. Would recommend to get your oil changed real quick until you go to a repair shop to get it officially done.
