This team of professionals were quick and thorough! I liked the fact that they manage the customers who are waiting. Not only did they offer bottled water to everyone, they also moved the lines to ensure customers were taken care of first come, first serve. That took some work. Prices were very competitive. I do not think that you can find better services in less time or for less money. Not only did they change the oil in my vehicle, they checked tire pressure, washed windshield, and impressively had an air filter on hand that fit my rare vehicle!! They offered me options and f oil from which to choose. You can get high mileage, synthetic blends, etc. I really appreciate the service that I received! I think it is commendable that they offer a discount for Veterans! All businesses should be so thankful and respectful! It speaks volumes about this company. I highly recommend this location.
Spoke with a guy named Jason and a few others about an issue after oil change with a puddle under car. They went above and beyond to correct this issue to include offering to send a tech to her location and check and/or correct it on site. She took it in herself instead and the issue ended up being some oil trapped in between a skid plate and drain (it's common folks!) he cleaned that and engine bay, topped off the oil. That makes me trust they'll honor their work and own any mistakes RESPECT THAT! She'll be back as that earned our trust.
Take 5 Gastonia was packed when we visited yesterday. Cars were lined up when we arrived and after we left. The wait time was absolutely reasonable for each car. Once we were in the garage, we asked for an oil change. I was informed that I was due for more than I can afford this week. The technician was not pushy at all. He just gave me the reminder and proceeded with the oil change. We were out the door in 10-12 minutes. Great price and there's online coupons.
