They where very professional. Asked me what I wanted, then checked if there where other maintenance i need that I didn't know about, like and engine flush. Told that I would need one soon. Then showed me my cabin filter ask if I would like a new one. Then told me he could get the filter price down and then did. Had a great experience and conversation with them. It took minimal time for them to service my vehicle and I was in & out. I showed up 15 after the just opened.
I knew I needed an oil change but, having recently moved here, I no longer had my most trusted car guy. The other morning, after dropping off my dog at the sitter, I was just driving enjoying the sunshine. When I saw the “Take 5” shop, honestly I wasn’t expecting much. They were short staffed. I was pleasantly surprised when one of the guys came over to my car holding a bottle of cold water and an honest explanation of the situation. He told me it would be quite a wait, but his tone was what struck me. Actually it’s what his tone didn’t convey that mattered. He didn’t sound irritated about being short staffed, nor did his tone make me feel like my being there was burdensome. I am happy I stayed. There was a young Black man (I’m terrible with names) who did not only the oil change, but he was so genuine and friendly that I also had air filters and windshield wipers changed. This young man is a stellar employee and an asset to the crew with whom he works. He displays the integrity of a company which, even when it’s not done in “5”, still provides excellent service. BTW every employee was friendly (remaining staff did come) and it the entire experience made an ordinary day, special.
The crew out at this location rules. They get you in and out fast. They'll offer you a cold water as you pull onto the lot. They run you through a quick checklist and are willing to show you what needs to be changed and how it compares (in my case a coolant flush which admittedly I figured was needed badly). Thanks to Gabe, Riley, Patrick, Jason, and Josh. I'll be back again.
