Sundai on a SUNDAY Great experience at Take 5 Oil Change in Fuquay-Varina! The staff was friendly, professional, and welcoming from the moment I arrived. They were knowledgeable, explained everything clearly, and made the whole oil-change process quick and easy. THANK YOU Sundai , ROM and DJ…… When I tell you Sundai went above and beyond I literally almost cried . I been dealing with a lot and she helped me so much. It’s always nice to receive good customer service and know your vehicle is being taken care of. I definitely had a great experience and would recommend Take 5 Oil Change in Fuquay-Varina to anyone looking for fast, friendly, and professional service!
What a great experience and it won my respect and mindset for continuing to comeback and keep getting oil changes. Everyone there was amazing on 9/23 my partner and I went in for our first oil change here and was greeted by nothing but pure respect and fun who knew a oil change could be so fun but the women there was amazing to work with and they even dealt with a disgruntled totally WRONG customer there and still treated him with so much respect, better than I could ever be with how they were talking to I believe the shop manager sandy she was so professional despite him legit cussing her out. We made some friends there in our quick oil change, then women and men at that location deserve a raise for how fun they made a simple oil change be despite some drama from a wrong and disgruntled customer.. wish I could of tipped them all seriously everyone in the shop that day changed my mind completely and I won’t go to another oil change place or another take five with how they made us feel so great. THANK YOU So MUCH! Please feel free to reach out to me if you need any information on that one disgruntled customer as the shop took great Greta care of him despite him seriously harassing the shop manager for no reason.
Wow! This crew is top-notch, customer oriented, and professional from beginning to end. They gave me a bottle of water when I pulled up and explained everything they were doing. They gave me several options for other services while I was there, thanked me for coming and invited me back as I was leaving. This was my first visit but won’t be my last visit. I specifically want to shout out and give Jermaine props because he was super friendly and I enjoyed his conversation.
