Wow! This crew is top-notch, customer oriented, and professional from beginning to end. They gave me a bottle of water when I pulled up and explained everything they were doing. They gave me several options for other services while I was there, thanked me for coming and invited me back as I was leaving. This was my first visit but won’t be my last visit. I specifically want to shout out and give Jermaine props because he was super friendly and I enjoyed his conversation.
They were awesome to me and my kids today, but truly amazing people. I really wish I had gotten their names to brag on them. They were very thorough and informative with everything. Unfortunately they were out of my oil, and the girl (who I assume was the manager) went out of her way to go get oil for my car (Kia) but it was a little out of the way because it was after 5, which caused me and my kiddos to wait longer in a hot car because you cannot crank the car back up once the oil is drained out, but the young gentlemen’s that worked there said that we could wait at the donut shop beside the car shop, but besides that point they asked repeatedly if we needed more water or anything, and they kept apologizing over and over but they helped me out with a nice little discount on this service and for my next service for the unexpected longer wait time. I just really appreciate that they went out of their way to help me with my car needs, and make me and my kids comfortable in the process. You don’t find many people who truly care these days. So that really tells me these people care about doing their job to the best of their ability but also care about customer satisfaction. 100/100 will be going back to this place for any car needs that I have.
I pulled up at Take 5 on hwy401(Fayetteville rd.) on my lunch break and the young men that was working were very professional and respectful. They got my car in and out in 5 minutes one of the guys even took the time to show me their website were I found a $25 off coupon for an oil change. I would recommend them to anyone who’s pressed for time and needs an oil change done quick and right! Thanks Take 5
