Oil Change in Durham, NC at 2405 Holloway St.

After my oil change, I brought my vehicle back to top off all of my fluids. I sat in my car the entire time. While I was there they placed my car on the computer. It showed in their system that I needed a service procedure performed. The computer showed them that I had never had this service performed. The technician said they could perform this percedure for a good rate. Surprisely, he knew what he was talking about. I thought they only changed the oil in cars. I didn't know they could diagnose problems for free. I was having issues with my air-conditioning but after they topped my fluids off, it worked perfectly, again. The technician was knowledgeable, professional and kind. I will be back! I thank God for sending me there.

I had received service from another shop that left me with a few concerns. I had initially called the store to see if they could assess the situation and replace a potentially faulty oil filter. Henry, the manager, graciously said that he could take a look. Upon arrival, Henry was quick to fixing the issue and offered incredibly polite, respectful and professional service.
