These guys are fantastic! I went in for an oil & filter change. They added air to my tires & added wiper washer fluid. They also suggested I change my air filter & cabin air filter, which I did. They showed be the old filters, throwing them in the trash, showed me the new filters & putting them in my car so I could be confident in what they were doing. The whole process took about 15 minutes, at most. I can't recommend them enough. Thanks guys for a great job!
First time here and it definitely will not be my last!!! Loved this place and the service I received. From the cold bottle of water from Ron to the amazing explanation of the work done by Ashton(i hope i got your name correct) :) to the gentleman who cleaned my windshield and no streaks!!!! You guys are awesome and your customer service is top notch!!!!! Thank you all so much for your professionalism. Will definitely be back!!!!
I have been meaning to write several reviews for this location and I’m going to roll them all into one. Recently this location was placed under new Management. I believe his name is RON, he is absolutely amazing. I’ve been coming to this location for a while because it was close to my house not necessarily because they provided the best service. Also, I don’t like getting out of my car lol. The first time I can honestly say I was thoroughly satisfied was I believe Ron‘s first week taking over the location. Precision, professionalism, and making every effort to go above and beyond, not only to fix a mistake from the previous team, but to make sure that I had an over 100% satisfactory experience. I have been there several times since for various things and I continue to have an excellent experience every time I go. Most recently I came to see if they would do something minor for me and how much it would cost and AJ came right out and said I got you don’t worry about it. He was super sweet and time out of his day. He took care of what I needed in five minutes and just continues to show that this new Management and this new team is willing to go above and beyond to make sure that their customers are happy so I just wanted to take a moment to do this. It’s been a while since I first said I wanted to write the review, but it’s been in my reminders on my phone for a while lol and I’m finally getting to it. Better late than never. So go check them out. I know you’ll have a great experience with Ron and the team.
