My brother and I were coming home from the airport and we had an oil light turn on. We stopped in to make sure everything was working appropriately. CJ and Gabe were who was assisting us today. They were absolutely incredible. We had a 20/10 experience, we both have decided we will make the drive to come to this location moving forward. Couldn’t have been a better experience! Thank you so much!
I wanted to give a shoutout to CJ! I am normally terrified to go to a car shop, but he made my whole experience smooth and really informative. Loved my experience and will only come here to get serviced from now on. I felt really comfortable! Also, shoutout to lijah, James, and Jerry for servicing my car.
Take 5 gives you an amazing customer service experience. They are courteous, greet you with a bottled water & the manager went an extra mile & drove to an auto parts store to pick up a cracked cap to put over my oil for me so it would not spill out. I appreciated that very much!
