Update to the update: I spoke with the store manager a day or so later. Everyone I spoke to was very kind and understanding about my experience. They even checked the cameras to make sure my service was completed. Even after that they offered me a refund and a coupon. Honestly I wasn’t expecting this level of customer service after the experiences I’ve had. I’m glad to see that this place has improved DRASTICALLY over the year i’ve been frequenting. UPDATE jun 2026: I will not be coming back here. I came in for an oil change + inspection. Everything was fine until the mechanic tried to push an $130 coolant that i rejected THREE times. I was SO uncomfortable, i will not be returning. She pushed me so hard that she was asking me what my budget was? ARE YOU KIDDING???? The mechanic I spoke with was passive aggressive towards me for asking why I had to give him all my information if I had been to take 5 before. Also he said I sounded mean because I didn’t want to give my email address. You don’t have to talk to me but at least be nice. 😭
I recently came in for an oil change, and while the service took a little longer than expected, the staff kept me informed every step of the way. I especially want to thank Cindy for the amazing customer service experience. She took the time to explain a few items that may need attention or replacement in the future and made sure I fully understood what was needed and what options were available to me. I never felt pressured—just informed. I truly appreciated the transparency, communication, and professionalism. Thank you for making the experience a positive one! See yall in my next oil change!
From the moment I arrived Tuesday, May 19th I was impressed by the professionalism and kindness of your staff, who even offered me a bottle of water while I waited. During the inspection, Ms. Tara went above and beyond by offering to pay for brand new windshield wipers to help ensure my car passed the inspection. This thoughtful gesture truly brightened my day and demonstrated a genuine commitment to customer care. I want to extend my sincere thanks to the entire team at Take - 5 for making the visit so pleasant and supportive.
