I went to the 8716 S Tryon St location in Charlotte NC. I would like to thank all the crew there but two people stuck out especially! Tyshawn ran out in the pouring rain to offer me a good bottle of water while I waited! He even smiled and had excellent customer service skills. He moved quickly and efficiently at every task! Jaclon helped me decide which products are best for my SUV and explained why I needed the services they offered! He went over pricing, explained the purpose of each service, and answered all of my questions in away that I can I understand! At other oil change places I was just told what to do without explanation. Jaclon, also had excellent customer communication skills. While servicing me, he even extended his self to assist other co-workers, but not without asking for my permission! I must say, I’m extremely impressed and will return on my sticker date!
Upon my arrival I was met with a bottle of water and it was a very hot day. The young was very polite. Then I encountered another guy who took all of my information explain the different types of oil. He was very professional and knowledgeable about his job. Then the manager came my coupon was taken a long time to be delivered to my email and he came in and did what he had to do so I didn’t have to wait any longer because the oil change was finished. These three men that I encountered on this Monday were amazing. i’m very pleased with take 5
Love going to this Take 5 to get oil changes for our Dodge Durango RT! They’re always efficient and quick. They also offer a discount for veterans, which is always appreciated! Special shoutout to Lex who took care of us at checkout and explained their new top off policy, & Jeremiah who brought us waters and caprisuns for the kids! Communication between staff is top tier during service. If you need an oil change, this is your place!
