Upon my arrival I was met with a bottle of water and it was a very hot day. The young was very polite. Then I encountered another guy who took all of my information explain the different types of oil. He was very professional and knowledgeable about his job. Then the manager came my coupon was taken a long time to be delivered to my email and he came in and did what he had to do so I didn’t have to wait any longer because the oil change was finished. These three men that I encountered on this Monday were amazing. i’m very pleased with take 5
I took my car here last week and me and my son had such an amazing experience! I don’t recall the guys name that assisted us, he looked very young, but was so knowledgeable. Plus he gave us cold bottles of water and fruit snacks for my son! The rep was very informative, showed me my oil levels & how dirty my filters were but also educated me every step of the way & I couldn’t be more thankful bc I’m honestly clueless when it comes to my car! I will be coming back for sure as well as recommending friends and family to come to this awesome location!
I’ve never been to Take 5 before, and since it was my first time, I honestly thought they wouldn’t take me because I came in about 30 minutes before closing. Instead, they came right over to talk to me and even gave me a bottle of water within seconds of arriving! They were very thorough, kind, and communicative about all the work they were doing on my car. They even included little extras like cleaning my windows, which I really appreciated. From now on I’m only coming here for my oil changes lol, just a little earlier next time! 😂 Shoutout to Emily for taking great care of my car!
