The guys they have working there right now are top notch. I have seen others like them as well ... very service-oriented and definitely a blessing to be serviced by ... but I haven't seen them last for a long time. It seems like they have a top notch training program and recruit very good people, but I have to wonder why they don't stay ... although I also work in customer service and do see that working in their environment (exposed to the heat and cold) would be much more difficult than the grocery store environment that I work in. I also imagine that I probably wouldn't feel as closely supported by management in their environment as they might possibly feel a little more isolated than I do. Like I said not sure, but I imagine it would probably be a challenge to keep turnover low. 8/20/2026 Nothing has changed with the experience, still top-notch customer service, with an upbeat and positive attitude, even while bearing the heat that they were working in yesterday. I did see Armani there again this time, so maybe the higher-ups are addressing turnover better. Eli is the reason I am writing this review. Both he and Armani were very professional, positive, and on point. Thank you guys.
Fast but very complete check of everything Some of the nicest young men that I’ve ever met. They went above and beyond helping me. I usually take my care to dealership for oil change but I’ll be back to Take 5 (Monroe & Wendover Charlotte) These young men all deserve a raise They truly understand great work and the best customer service that I’ve seen in a long time. Don’t loose them by not giving them a few extra dollars per hour They are the best reason to come there!!
Take 5 on Monroe (corner of Wendover) is fantastic. My wife and I have been going there for years bringing both old (89 F250) and new (2020 Lexus) and have only had amazing service. Friendly, fast, professional, and honest. If they see something that doesn’t need changing then they’ll tell you. Just a note, it’s not magic. If there’s cars in line estimate closer to 10 mins per vehicle, not 5. But that’s still faster than anywhere else for us. Thanks Take 5 for always crushing it. With much gratitude, Shane & Marlena
