Wow. You know there are places that change your oil, and then there are places that make you feel like a long lost friend. I took my brand new (used) Prius in for an oil change, acquiring new wipers and air filters in the process. When I went to leave, suddenly my car wouldn't start! The guys helped me diagnose the potential issues, while I called my husband to bring the fuses in question. Well, it turned out to be my battery, so after a jump start, I was on my way. The guys never rushed me or made feel feel bad. They were professional amd friendly. It was my first time visiting Take 5, but it surely will jot be my last!
Had to make a change from previous mechanic. Chose Take 5 on Albemarle Rd based upon proximity/reviews and they did not disappoint. David greeted me and waved me in, Elijah kept me informed and kept things rolling like an air traffic controller and my FEMALE tech, Steffene (TWO women work as techs here y'all 🤩) was doing the work like a pro. This crew was energetic and kept me informed. I was educated about additional services but not pressured. 10/10 recommend. Thank you for taking care of my truck.
