Had to make a change from previous mechanic. Chose Take 5 on Albemarle Rd based upon proximity/reviews and they did not disappoint. David greeted me and waved me in, Elijah kept me informed and kept things rolling like an air traffic controller and my FEMALE tech, Steffene (TWO women work as techs here y'all 🤩) was doing the work like a pro. This crew was energetic and kept me informed. I was educated about additional services but not pressured. 10/10 recommend. Thank you for taking care of my truck.
I have been going to this place for a couple of years now. It’s the best! We go out of our way to drive to this location because it’s amazing! Everyone is so friendly and kind, we always have a good experience! They will explain things to you if needed. You stay in your car, which we love, and it’s crazy fast!!
Andrea and Elijah were very helpful, polite, respectful, informative and all of the above. They went the extra mile, to help me out and they truly deserve a (RAISE !!) for their outstanding service. Workers like Andrea and Elijah can’t go unnoticed and not appreciated. I apologize for my late review from the great service I received in December of 2025, from Andrea and Elijah true professionals and great people most importantly!
