hate going to get an oil change alone, but I really needed one. Came in on 6/13 around 4:30 PM. Came for an oil change. Left with an oil change and a filter. No surprise expenses, no “your car is barely hanging on” speeches, no pressure to buy anything extra. Just honest, quick service. All the guys there were all polite and professional, and they actually took the time to educate me about what my car needed without trying to upsell me into financial stress. This was also the fastest I have ever been in and out of a Take 5. Imagine that. 😂⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
The young men that service my car start to finished was very professional proficient and knowledgeable about yheir job. I love that they worked together getting the job done. Big Kudos for that. Plus I got the best deal they could offer as a first time visitor and my car ready in a timely manner. I would definitely come back and tell friends and family about the quality service I received. Thanks again. Take 5.
My best experience so far! Not as if it was ever bad for me at any location, however, today they were very professional and kind. I came thru visibly upset and trying to maintain my composure they were very professional and even took their time to explain my filter to me very kind. Very patient. I appreciate each and every one of your employees today. I can tell that it was just the culture instead of just a job and that’s a big deal. I do not remember names again. I was very upset but as I was pulling off, I do remember my gosh thank you for kindness in this world.
