I’m pleased and very satisfied with my experience with the start this particular location. Very professional and skilled and was very prepared for questions. They even pulled up my vehicle to show me what other services were needed and informed me on the time frame to get the services done. I will be back as to his is now my go to for my oil and fluid needs. I was very comfortable here. From beginning to the end of my experience I felt like a cared for customer. Thank you crew for your expertise and service. I will spread the word to friends and family so they can experience real customer service with care and the respect given to me. Top notch. It feels good to know that there’s people who take their jobs seriously. You guys made my day. I appreciate all of you.
If you need honest, dependable place for an oil change go to Take 5. Keon, James and Brandon handled my oil changed. I drove straight up, waited not even 5 minutes to get in. Sat in my car the entire time, was able to use a coupon to get a discount. I appreciate the fast, professional service and knowledge that the service techs have about the job. Also I had a crack window to get replaced so the discount was much appreciated! Great Customer Service!
I had an excellent experience at 5 Minute Oil Change on Mallard Creek Church Road. The guys there were professional, respectful, knowledgeable, and got me in and out quickly without making me feel rushed. They explained everything clearly and provided great customer service from start to finish. It’s hard to find a shop where the team is both efficient and genuinely cares about the customer, but these guys did an outstanding job. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend this location to anyone needing fast, reliable, and professional service.
