I actually really enjoyed the manager and young crew! Friendly personalities, and the manager explained how my vehicle would benefit from more than an oil change - like flushing the cooling system and changing oil in the differential gear box - they leveled out my tire pressure too! My Nissan Frontier sounded so much better and seemed to drive better! - plus they checked my cabin filters and they were very dirty - so my cab smelled better too!!! Wow! I thought the price was well worth the service! Definitely going to go there again
Best oil change experience I’ve ever had. Fast and so friendly. I was offered a cold water right away and never felt like someone was trying to up-sell me. They go over slowly and in detail all the things they are doing, and the things they can offer with no pressure added. And they show you the dipstick after service so you 100% know they’ve changed it and it’s clean, amazing service. They were also training people and the overall vibe of the shop was positive and friendly.
Absolutely amazing customer service. Came I a few days ago and Steven is who I mainly talked to. He was knowledgeable on all the services and explained the whole process very well to me . O ended up getting a few filters and a complaint exchange. And they offered a pretty good discount. I recommend going. And seeing Steven and the folks at take 5 on tunnel for a easy smooth experience
