Oil Change in New Hartford, NY at 4794 Commercial Dr.

I don’t leave reviews often, but this one is absolutely deserved.!!! Thank you New Hartford, NY I’ve been coming to Take 5 Oil Change since I lived in North Carolina, and one thing I always appreciated was the honesty and customer service. Unfortunately, with prices going up everywhere, what used to cost me around $40 is now closer to $60. Even with that, I still choose Take 5 because of experiences like the one I had today. Kevin, the manager, went above and beyond. As a woman, it can sometimes be hard to know whether you’re being given honest information about your vehicle, and too many places take advantage of that. Kevin did the exact opposite. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered my questions without making me feel talked down to, and made sure I understood what actually needed to be done versus what could wait. I never once felt pressured, misled, or like someone was trying to sell me services I didn’t need. What stood out most was that he genuinely cared about making sure my vehicle was safe to drive. His honesty, patience, professionalism, and integrity gave me peace of mind, and that’s something you can’t put a price on. Great customer service isn’t just about changing oil. It’s about building trust, and Kevin absolutely did that today. The rest of the team was friendly, efficient, and professional as well. They worked together, kept a positive attitude, and made the entire experience quick and stress-free. In a world where it’s becoming harder to find businesses you can truly trust, Kevin and his team reminded me that there are still people who care more about doing the right thing than making an extra dollar. Thank you, Kevin, for looking out for your customers and treating people with honesty and respect. You’ve earned a loyal customer, and I hope Take 5 recognizes what an incredible manager they have. Keep up the amazing work!

I haven’t used take 5 oil change yet, but I will now. With that said, I have to give a huge shout out and thanks to the store manager, Kevin, who took the time out of his lunch break to help me with an issue I was having with my car that was inoperable. Turns out, I was way low on oil, and he helped me get oil so I could resolve the issue. There will be 50% off on oils changes this Friday. So, I’ll be there to get an old change that I desperately need. God bless you Kevin

Update: so i came for a oil change sunday, was a bit disappointed, left my skid plate loose, and I'm not sure everything is right,didnt top off my fluids. So needless ro say im back and i believe Alodi and seid is on top of things now. I love take 5 ! I just hope theirs as great as my cleveland tn crew! Miss Donny, lou and Tyson! I ust moved here to New Hartford NY but always used Take 5 in cCeveland TN. I have only been to the New Hartford location 1x but so far my experience there has been excellent! Savanna was great ,friendly and helpful.she got my in the ny system and had all my fluids topped off. Thanks Take 5 ! You all Rock!
