Staff was kind and courteous. Explained the oil change packages and recommended the appropriate oil (and additive type), and service for my mileage and vehicle usage. They courtesy filled my other fluids and set my tire pressure with the appropriate amount of air. For full synthetic oil and new filter, with coupon (via website) it came $85 and change. I was in and out in 15 minutes. $20 less than my local Valvoline.
