The manager and his coworker were very friendly and they explained the price match feature or offer rather, and unfortunately, I did not qualify for it but he then informed me that with my military discount I would get an additional $20 off, which was great and they were very friendly and not pushy and they didn’t try to force anything on me or make me buy something I didn’t want to and incredibly the whole procedure only took about 10 or 15 minutes whereas at Walmart it usually takes an hour or maybe an hour and a half and I lose a lot of time. This was so fast and so easy it was wonderful. I highly recommend.
I really needed a Oil change... I had never been in Lockport Ny and had never been to a take 5. I wasn't to sure if I should try it... I'm happy I did the two workers who took care of me were really cool answered all my questions... Also they let me know that it was Take 5 locations in Rochester Ny. I'm definitely a fan and I will definitely be back in 3,000 miles for my next Oil change... Please tell both of your employees at your Lockport store Thank-you and they just helped your Company get a lifelong Customer...
Take 5 oil change helped me so much with everything. They looked at both of your filters, check wiper blades, and also they do coolant flushes I had my coolant replaced last week. They till you everything about your car and what they’re doing.! I will definitely be back for oil change. I wanna thank the guys who helped me “Monte and Edwin” Again Thank you. I’m just happy they didn’t try and upsell me anything.
