UPDATE: Went there Wednesday to have them check my fluids (as the top offs are free!), as well as get new wiper blades for the front and rear of my car. This is my second experience with the lead technician. He's amazing. I'm glad that even three months later, they're still providing exceptional service. I'd highly recommend them. They were fantastic. Great customer service for a smaller place. 10/10 would go there again.
I had a great experience getting my oil change. Eric and Alex were both incredibly friendly, professional, and helpful. Eric especially went above and beyond to make sure I understood everything and made the whole visit a pleasant experience. It’s not often you come across such kind and courteous customer service. They were efficient, honest, and had me back on the road in no time. I highly recommend this place and will definitely be coming back for my future oil changes!
Hands down the best experience I’ve ever had getting an oil change. The staff at Top 5 Oil was fast, courteous, and provided fantastic customer service from start to finish. Great people who clearly take pride in their work. I’ve officially found my go-to shop and will be bringing my vehicle here from now on.
