I had a great experience getting my oil change. Eric and Alex were both incredibly friendly, professional, and helpful. Eric especially went above and beyond to make sure I understood everything and made the whole visit a pleasant experience. It’s not often you come across such kind and courteous customer service. They were efficient, honest, and had me back on the road in no time. I highly recommend this place and will definitely be coming back for my future oil changes!
I was impressed with the excellent service I received for my oil change. Eric T. did an upsell with me - it was a cabin filter. Thank goodness he checked it. It was black. I don't know how long since it was changed. I've had my car for 4 years and I never changed the cabin filter. I didn't even know my car had a cabin filter. Eric took good care of me and my oil was change done by Alejandro. It seems he did a good a job. I was so surprised at the level of customer service at this Take 5 location. I was greeted with a water bottle and luckily I was the only person in the shop. I got very personalized and attentive service by Eric T. Thank you to both of these employees.

They'll tell you if you need something or if you can hold off. You don't get the feeling that they're trying to upsell or overcharge anything. 10 out of 10 recommend!
