Third time I've used them and have been very satisfied with the personable conscientious service I have received. Friendly professional and timely. I am always pleased with the people (they're women too) but the 3 gentlemen that serviced the car this time were outstanding. They were courteous. They explained what was needed and what should be addressed next time. I regretted I didn't have cash on me to buy their lunch. Hopefully next time I can correct that. I will continue to take my vehicle to them. Thank you again guys.
I had such a good experience at Take 5 in Henrietta. The team was super friendly and made everything feel easy. They walked me through what they were doing, didn’t try to push anything extra, and got me in and out quicker than I expected. Everyone was kind, upbeat, and just really pleasant to deal with. I left feeling taken care of and confident my car was in good hands. I’d definitely go back.
I had the best and most attentive oil change of my life here. It was a fun and great experience. Granted, I was the only one there with 5 technicians available, but they All worked on the car in a very rhythmic pattern, shouting numbers and technical terms I couldnt understand. They checked All the fluids and even aired my tires up! They worked in tandem and they worked fast! I got my jeep pampered there, I highly recommend you come too!
