My granddaughter and I went here this afternoon. I had just gotten back from a trip to the Catskills and my oil needed to be changed! When I say this was an experience, I mean it was a trip!! It started with free water, went on to a discount, surprisingly a belly laugh while pulling in and it just went uphill from there! I was shown the reason for everything they recommended I do with no pressure. (Everything but the dirty oil and I'm sure they would have shared that too! 😂) When I said I couldn't afford it all they put it in order of importance, not price! I'm not sure how a trip to get an oil change turned into moment that we were still smiling about even after we pulled away, but it was! I highly recommend the entire team!
I was told at the beginning that they were understaffed that day and only had two people working. It was a significant wait before I got into the bay. Hoping that isn’t the norm. I don’t want to wait that long again! My review is based my experience once I got into the bay. They have three pkg levels, and I didn’t feel pressured to upscale. They check filters, etc, but again there was no pressure to buy any of them. I did buy a new air filters, as it was obvious that it needed replacing. Staff was very personable and even entertaining😆. I had a$15 coupon from online, but they said they would have given me the coupon if I didn’t have one. In the end I paid $130 which included the $99 pkg, a $30 filter and the $15 coupon. I like the price compared to other places. I will go back again.
Jeremy is an asset to your team. I have had nothing but good experiences here and always appreciate the hustle of the staff, but today Jeremy gave a little bit extra by *quietly* offering me a snack for my kids, without letting them in on the possible sugary treat. Double sanity saver. Just making sure the boss knows who the customers appreciate. It matters.
