My wife and I decided to change the oil in both cars. So we ran up to the new location in Amsterdam, N.Y. and pulled in next to each other in separate bays. They started their work and we rolled our windows down and started chatting. None of the workers knew that we were together. I said to her from across the bay hey do you want to consider this our first date and then I paid for her oil change. My last comment this was a romantic date. The employees were cracking up!
I was definitely not disappointed by my experience at Take5! From the complimentary bottle of water, the oil change, then to the very thorough inspection of my air filters, this place was top notch. I especially liked the teamwork going on as technicians were checking and double checking each step of the process. Shift leader, Brandan deserves a gold star for his patient and kind manner with coworkers and customers! I will definitely drive the 35 minutes to have this service done again! Thanks Take5!!
To begin with, the temperature outside was hot; one of the techs brought my passenger as well as myself a bottle of cold water. They answered everything I asked about. They explained everything they did; then checked off a list of services. To top it off, I came had a $15 coupon ☺️ Overall, it was a pleasant experience for my first car. Patrick M. and Chris M. were very thorough and polite.
