I went here to get my oil change And everyone was very friendly and helpful. I liked that they didn't force you to buy more things for your car that you don't need like Jeffrey, Luke does, I don't like Jeffrey loop, they're very pushy and even when you say no, they keep telling you you need to get it fixed. So I was very grateful that they weren't pushy, they were very friendly, very helpful. And I didn't even have to get out of my car and it was great.I just sat there and they did everything and got me in and out very quickly , no long wait. Definitely will be back.
I had a wonderful experience. I went in around 5 PM to the S valley location in Las Cruces on a Friday night. I was worried they were gonna be closed and I got right in and serviced immediately. Within 30 min I had my oil change , air filter replaced and was told exactly where my oil leak was coming from. The two young men working there that evening were extremely polite. One was named Matthew the other name I did not catch The young gentleman handed me a cold water as soon as I pulled up. They were honest, knowledgeable, and professional. They didn’t try to oversell me. They gave me options for a cheaper price as well as the more premium and expensive options, and they were also able to tell me within a few minutes where my oil leak was coming from, which made it a lot easier for me to go get it repaired at a full service auto repair , since I already had been told what it was. These guys are awesome. Thank you
These guys are the best. I was traveling and my oil light came on. I stopped in Take 5 to get it checked. They discovered my last oil change guy from somewhere else didn't reset my oil change light and said I still have 1-2000 miles left and didn't need an Oil change and didn't charge me anything for checking. Gabriel and Tom were so honest with me and I'll never forget it. If you ever need an oil change and are in the area of take 5 YOU MUST GO THERE! Businesses with this integrity are hard to find. I got a free water to boot! Highly highly recommend this business!
