So after an oil change on Friday there, car engine froze 2 days later on Sunday night in El Paso, leaving us carless having to ask for a ride back to Cruces. Went directly to manager during lunch hour, manager graciously drove all the way to El Paso and together with my brother found that oil change was not the issue, in t was timing belt, we apologized, thanked him, and were amazed at his tranquil demeanor and faithfulness to meet us in El Paso to then help us figure out the actual problem. 5 stars is not enough with this manager, there should be double 5 for exceptional courtesy and service.
I needed an oil change and after reading reviews decided to try Take 5. I was greeted immediately and given a bottle of water for while I was waiting. Didn’t take long for me to be pulled into the bay and get everything started. Every staff member was friendly, busy and helpful. Had everything I needed and the work was done systematically and thoroughly. I had a bit of shell shock at how expensive oil changes are now, but we all know that everything is expensive now.
I love it here! 💜 Normally, I completely dread the drag of having to get an oil change. I hate having to wait! This place is amazing. Taylor and the rest of the employees that were there, (my sincerest apologies I didn't catch your names but you were all wonderful!) Thank you all for your excellent service, friendliness, and speed! I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. The convenience and customer service is worth far more than the price I paid. Will definitely be recommending this fantastic place :) *Update 8.27.26 * I'm continued to be impressed by the entire team when I visit. Always a spectacular experience when things like this usually drag. Thanks again!
