Excellent service from start to finish. I was fully informed about the wait time and everything happening with my vehicle. They checked everything, and the price was very reasonable. The employees were friendly and professional. They were training a new team members, which made the visit run a little longer, but they let me know that upfront when I checked in — and I appreciated the honesty. If you need a friendly, quick, and transparent place that keeps you informed every step of the way, go to Take 5.
Phenomenal experience! Best service by the entire crew ever! Super organized, courteous, communicated exactly what was happening, explained things superbly, fast but thorough! I found out there was a recall on my vehicle I didn't know about that had to do with the back-up camera and it just so happened my back-up camera hadn't been working for months and I thought it was something I would have to fix at my expense.. turns out Ford has to fix it for free! I had been going to Jiffy lube for years but decided to try Take 5 cause they were new in town and Im so glad I did. They're my go to guys (and gals) for car maintenance issues! Good job Take 5! Truly much appreciated!
