⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely AMAZING service at Take 5 Oil Change! A huge thank you to Mondo for greeting me with cold water and letting me know right away about how long the oil change would take. That small gesture made such a great first impression! And a special THANK YOU to John for going above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. His customer service, kindness, and attention to detail truly stood out. I appreciate the entire team for making what could be a simple oil change such a positive experience. Great service, friendly staff, and definitely a place I’ll return to! 🙌🏽🚗💯
Excellent service from start to finish. I was fully informed about the wait time and everything happening with my vehicle. They checked everything, and the price was very reasonable. The employees were friendly and professional. They were training a new team members, which made the visit run a little longer, but they let me know that upfront when I checked in — and I appreciated the honesty. If you need a friendly, quick, and transparent place that keeps you informed every step of the way, go to Take 5.
