Oil Change in Midland Park, NJ at 119 Godwin Ave.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an amazing experience here getting my oil changed! Dario and Meir were absolutely exceptional. They were professional, friendly, and took the time to explain things to me instead of just doing the service and sending me on my way. They even showed me a filter I didn’t know existed and explained that it needed to be cleaned because it wasn’t disposable. I really appreciated them taking the time to educate me and make sure I understood how to properly maintain my vehicle. That kind of honesty, attention to detail, and customer service makes a huge difference! It’s refreshing to find people who genuinely care about their work and their customers. Dario and Meir are a great representation of this business, and I’ll definitely be recommending this place to others. Thank you both for such a great experience! 🙌

I'm 75 years old and have been in the customer service business for 55 of them. Amazing first look.. I called to find out pricing and Terry answered the phone with nothing but a professional approach with hello. My name is Terry, how many I be if service. first time at a Take 5 and an employee comes out with a smile... Say, welcome to Take 5. Then proceeds to hand me a cold bottle of water for my wait. Great first impression. Then from when I got in the garage it was nothing but upbeat and seeing by every call out and answered response that they knew what they were doing. But it was the immediate response to a question about the difference of the 3 full synthetic oil changes available and with his knowledgeable response and doing it with a smile made me upgrade my oil change. Each and everyone in the garage was energetic, professional and happy which in today's world is a good thing. My whole family will be going to Take 5 oil changes and that is 8 vehicles. Thank you for your training of staff and them carrying it out to the tee. As an owner of 3 restaurants with many employees it is nice to hear that your hard work with training and hiring is working. Thank you staff Kevin Morrow

As a mother of a small kiddo, what a sweet experience! Going into it, we had no idea what to expect outside of getting an oil change. Terry met us IN the driveway with waters for us and a juice box for our kid. They were VERY transparent about the price (it’s eye level when we were getting the oil change), they were incredibly kind and funny people. The oil change didn’t take a long time. We will definitely be going back. Thank you, Terry and Sean!
