I recently moved back to the area and was in search of a spot to get an oil change. I initially called and spoke to Terry, one of the managers, and he was exceptionally pleasant and kind over the phone. When I got there I was greeted by another Terry with a smile and a water. The service was efficient and they brought attention to different suggestions they had but never pressured to have anything done. They were attentive, thorough, and I’ll definitely be returning! Thank you to the Take 5 crew in Midland Park! You guys were awesome!
truck needed an oil change and literally saw this place driving and randomly pulled in because it looked new and clean lol. soon as I pulled around, a young man greeted me with a cold bottled water and was cool and friendly. a few guys helped explain how they work and what my truck needed. I pulled all the way in and sat in my truck having my coffee while they worked. 20min later left with a serviced truck. they gave me a coupon code discount, wiped down the front and windshield and I left happy. I will be back with my other cars. def recommend.
Xaiver and the rest of the staff couldn't have been nicer and accommodating. When I got there, Xavier gave me a water bottle because of how hot it was that day and then gave me a nice discount on both my air filter and my oil change because it was my first time (and my filter hasn't been changed in over a year so he could tell it was desperately needed)! They were very quick and I was in and out of there in less than 15 minutes and they also charge affordable prices unlike bigger companies that charge way too much for even a basic. I will definitely visit take 5 oil change whenever I need an oil change in the future!
