This was my first time ever Using a Take 5 facility To have my Oil changed. I came with my brand new car It wasn’t sure what to expect. I was greeted with a warm, hello and a nice cold bottle of water to drink while I waited for my car to be serviced. Each person that assisted me was very nice and helpful. Since this was a new car, I was not aware of how some things worked, and once my car was done, which was very quick, the attendant showed me how to reset my oil change monitor and gave me a nice smile. From start to finish, everyone was great! Thank you for making me feel comfortable my first time around. I will be coming back again🤗
Pretty unbelievable I’ve never heard of this level of communication, verbal checks, repeating everything to each other, showing me everything they took out, showing me everything they’re putting in (including the new dipstick reading. The workspace is organized to facilitate that communication by the customer staying in the vehicle with the kiosk near the driver window. Every action is communicated and repeated. The assistant manager personally reviewed the receipt and the Line items and all their costs with me. I’ve never in my life seen this level of service, safety, and professionalism.
Joshua and his teammates are second to none, when it comes to service. From the moment you pull up, your great service starts with a complimentary water while you wait. They’re extremely knowledgeable, and don’t try to sell you on things you don’t need. The service is extremely quick and very thorough. I wouldn’t recommend any other place after going to take five multiple times and having A+ service every time. Thanks guys, cheers!
