I usually have a lot of anxiety getting my oil changed or any service with my car, but this location is very straight to the point. The customer service is amazing. You get a water when you come up, which was really helpful because I actually was thirsty and forgot my water at home lol. They offered things and recommended things to me which I usually say no to Because I just have a fear that I’m being up so things I don’t need however they explained to me in detail without being pushy why and it made me intrigued. He let me know that my car has a lot more life to it than I expected, and that those maintenance are important for me to preserve it the same way we need to take care of our health. You need to take care of our cars today. Outside of just oil changes then changing your filter so I literally just left and wanted to express that before the day got away from me that I appreciate everyone at the store. This is my second time coming and now I feel safe to say that this will be the place I will come to my car maintenance. I highly recommend utilizing the store and especially for a busy mom like myself I usually have a schedule, but sometimes my schedule can’t be unpredictable so today was that day and I just drove up and I got right in and out and I’m going to the next thing. From the moment I arrived, I was warmly greeted by the location manager, Josh, who immediately made me feel welcomed and valued as a customer. My primary mechanic, Omere, provided outstanding service and was professional, knowledgeable, thorough, and attentive throughout my visit. I came in for an oil change, and the team also topped off my antifreeze, replaced my air filter, and checked and adjusted the air pressure in all four tires to the proper PSI. Everything was handled efficiently, and the services performed were clearly explained without any unnecessary pressure. As a veteran, I especially appreciated the military discount and the complimentary services offered with consecutive visits. It means a lot to see a business recognize and support those who have served. Josh and Omere represented this location exceptionally well. The combination of excellent customer service, attention to detail, efficiency, and genuine appreciation for their customers made this one of the best automotive service experiences I’ve had.
