The guys at the Rancho location always do a great job! Every time I come in, they’re professional, thorough, and make sure to perform multiple quality checks to ensure everything is done right. I’ve always appreciated their attention to detail and the quality of service they provide. My only disappointment is that Take 5 no longer carries Mobil 1 oil, which is what I prefer to use in my vehicle. Unfortunately, that change might be the reason I don’t return.
Excellent experience! The service was quick, efficient, and professional—I was in and out with my oil change completed without any hassle. I also asked if they could help me with a small extra service. They absolutely did not have to do it, but they went out of their way to help me, and I really appreciated it. Emanuel was especially friendly and kind. Great customer service and a very pleasant experience. I’ll definitely be coming back and won’t use any other location. Highly recommended!
I got a Full synthetic oil change & coolant flush. I came to this location looking for a new place to get my service after bad experiences with another company. Raul was so kind, knowledgeable and patient. Being a woman, it can be very intimidating taking your car to any shop. Raul and his crew made me feel safe & took the time to educate me about my car. In my short time there, I was also a witness to how respectful Raul addresses his team, I really appreciate that. I will come to this shop every time! Thank you for all you do!!!
