Honestly not a bad thing to bring up here. They got to me and my partner as quickly as they can and asked for permission to do things before billing you. Raul was great to work with and made us feel welcomed to bring our business to them. Truly did everything they can to have us set for the day with acknowledgments for future replacements to consider. I will for sure be recommend this specific take 5 because of the service care provided and hope they keep getting some more recognition for the efforts.
I have the best experience ever. Pulled up to take five and they had a bottle of cold water waiting for me . Everyone of those young men’s was very polite, worked well together. They explained everything to me. They checked my coolant fluid, which was dirty and changed it out for me. They put air in my tires, asked if I wanted my Windshield cleaned. They even had a conversation with me, which was very nice. That was such a blessing to start my morning, Nice, kind, handsome young man with a smile on their face. Thank you ☺️
Great experience for all vehicle owners. My dawg Kameron took incredible care of me, my truck, and even my kids - providing cold water and fruit snacks. Beyond that, he was super informing and transparent. The team made sure to get all of my truck's needs taken care of in quick fashion. Kameron and the squad made a huge difference today! This was a much better experience than taking it to the dealership for them to service and magically find $700 worth of maintenance. I will definitely be back!
