I been looking for new place to go get oil change, cheaper and quick… Anna Brandon and David went above and beyond to help me. Brandon had excellent customer service and very friendly! He asked nicely if I wanted some extra things, I said no and he didn’t pressure me like most places do. Anna was sweet and got the job done with with David! David knows his stuff about cars and got it done fast and Anna and him worked great together!!! I love this place! Friendly and felt comfortable. Fast and reasonable pricing. Thank you guys so much.
After reading some of the other reviews, I had to make a trip to this specific location...and I'm glad we did! We'd arrived into the area from Idaho and, well...needed an oil change. Since we'd had a good experience at the Midwest City, OK location, it made sense to give 'em another go. First off, Alex's sense of humor, especially given it's a customer service environment, was evident from the first sentence...that was an immediate plus! Also, her knowledge and professionalism was on point. Then, Mike's ability to hold a conversation with humor of his own made it all the better. Now, onto the professional aspect. They are professionals, no question. They got us in and out in no time at all, did a wonderful job getting us sorted, and our van runs better now for it. Very friendly, very professional, very efficient crew. So, many heartfelt thanks to the Papillion, NE crew for continuing to keep our confidence high in the Take 5 brand! We'll absolutely stop in here again should the need arise when we're back in town again. Oh, and Mike...yeah, Anakin definitely could've used a Desert Eagle. HAHA
First time bringing my vehicle to them and they did a great job. Normally I only trust the dealer to do my oil changes, but I was in a time crunch and they happened to get my vehicle in and out very quickly. I checked over their work when finished and everything was done correctly. The biggest surprise was they give a 25%military discount on oil changes. I'll likely become a repeat customer long as I continue to get the phenomenal service they provided. Great job guys!!
