Without a doubt the most enjoyable oil change I’ve ever experienced. Tim is an amazing leader and the way the team communicates to quickly, safely, and efficiently change oil and check gauges is top notch. I dont hear this type of communication or see this kind of camaraderie at the big dealership service bays. Fast (in and out in 10 minutes) Kind (everyone was so welcoming!) Easy (clear communication made it simple) I’ll be returning for sure.
Quick service. Dual checks for almost everything they do for an oil change and arw very vocal with cross talk. However I was paying attention, the main guy pulled my dipstick after new oil filled and called for verification check by another employee. That other employee sounded off with checked BUT he never looked at the lipstick. All the cross talk and dual checks sounds great but not always double checked. Cheaper then jiffy lube of Columbia Falls by 30$. I have never used a quick oul change service before so I had no idea the cost. It cost me $110 for a basic blended oil change which i thought was expensive. I was traveling and had 2300 miles to return home which would have put me 1400 miles past recommended oil change.
My favorite place for a quick but professional oil change. I absolutely love the Kalispell Take 5. From the moment you pull up to the building to when you leave it is the most polite efficient service. Last time an owner was there helping and just the kindest most professional. I didnt even realize he was an owner until he introduced himself at the end of the oil change. He got along so well and was working just as much as the other guys. Absolutely recommend!
