Take 5 has always treated me very well. They explain to what my vehicle needs, tell me the price and let me know if it’s needed right then. My husband is a veteran so we get a discount. They’ve always been very respectful, efficient and fast.I like that I can stay in my car while they change my oil or anything else. Thank you Take 5 for great service, kindness, and a smile.
Im a black man in my Montana... the people here were so nice to me very honest.I did an oil change.I take 5 before santeric oil.I know it's 5,000 miles.But the sticker reads 3,000 miles i was was willing to spend the money to get the new oil change.But he looked into the computer and saw that I did not need it.I still had two thousand miles to go and instead open charging me for new oil change.And I did not need it , he let me know that he could just top me off and checked the rest of the car and that was very nice.
Had a fantastic experience at Take 5 in Kalispell. Tim was incredibly friendly, professional, and efficient. He got me in and out quickly with zero high-pressure sales tactics. Excellent customer service—I highly recommend asking for Tim!
