Been with take 5 for many years in Texas and having to recently move to great falls it's amazing to know that once again take 5 did an amazing job, customer service was astounding, oil change was great with no issues. I truly appreciate the effort everyone puts and that shows just how much this company always strive for their customers. Take 5 Oil Change in Grand Rapids, MT was efficient and explained in detail what my options were on what type of oil I wished to use and went over all findings on their inspection. They were clear on what products and services they offered and were not pushy if I decided not to proceed with their recommendations. They were professional and easy to work with.
I was so happy when I saw a Take 5 opened in Great Falls, and this one runs like a well-oiled machine (pun intended). Everyone was so friendly and attentive.
