Damion was incredibly helpful and kind. Instead of charging me for an unnecessary service he explained the mistake made last time I had my oil changed causing my car to send out alerts and reassured me I still had another 2000 miles. He gave me a coupon for when I come back and i certainly will. The entire staff seemed friendly and happy to be there. I look forward to returning and seeing how things go! :)
Really nice staff. Was expecting to have to pay over 100$ since I didnt know how much oil my vehicle took, but it was much less. They take care of veterans very well which I very much appreciate. Thank you so much for the quick service instead of me having to take it to the dealer and pay way too much while waiting for far too long just to get 1 service done. Will definitely keep coming back for oil changes and any other service I need for my car.
Great service, the crew there is awesome to talk with, very professional and yet very funny! Tracie, Damion and Tytan help me, they kept me updated on everything they where doing like replacing my rounded off drain plug that jiffy so how put back on, with a new one for free! They even showed me how bad the old plug was! They also filled up my tires and fluids. Checked my filters, and One of them notice that i basically had a flat tire when i pulled up and they could hear air rushing out of it but they got it aired up again so I could go get it patched! Very thankful to the crew and will definitely recommend anybody to go here! Honestly excited for my next maintenance and that's saying something!
