This is THE BEST chain for oil changes. I got an oil change and was following the sticker guidance. Well, on arrival, the mechanic asked if I was coming in because of the sticker or because I was low. I told him, "the sticker." He then informed me that he'll check my level and if I'm good, he wouldn't do an oil change, and if he needed to, he'd top me off. Well, my oil was like full. They still topped my fluids and aired my tires before sending me on my way. Exceptional customer service from a national chain. Fair, honest, and friendly. Highly recommend.
Fast and efficient with surprising customer care. Manager was responsive to my technical questions. I always have questions with cars. The prevailing culture is losing the customer service response "I do not know, but I will ask my manager." Many places I get blank stares as worker clutch their phones (while they are on the job)--called a computer, a font of knowledge. Nice to see above and beyond at this company. Thank you. I am officially old now. Grain of salt and all.
I got an oil change and they replaced my air filter. They also topped off my coolant for free They told me that I can come in to get my oil checked and topped off for free and that after the 5th oil change will be free. They also helped me reset my oil light on the dash and I appreciate that bc im just a girl. They were really fast and made it super easy and convenient. They made a few suggestions and explained what everything was but there was no pressure to do anything extra to the car. The main thing that I liked about them though is that they had one person work on the car and then had a different person inspect it to double check that everything was done properly and they actually called out everything they were checking and saying if it was good.
