Rory, the manager, was top notch. I called ahead to make sure they had 0W20 for my VW Tiguan and to get pricing — by the end of the call they offered 25% off for calling to check. Every aspect was enjoyable, despite finding out there was never a change on the engine coolant (my car was used, but new to me). They were sensitive to my worries about cost, answered all of my questions eagerly / clearly, and were extremely efficient. The ice cold water at the beginning & windshield clean at the end were nice touches. As a woman, I appreciate their care & attention so much, not to mention all the little incentives to come back. So glad I don’t even have to think about where I’ll be going next time! They’ve got a customer for life, honestly, especially as long as Rory is leading!
Traveling when the oil change light came into our mini clubman. These guys were amazing. Glad they were knowledgeable about our car. Even showed us something we didn't know. We've only had the car a few months. Everyone was super pleasant. The didn't try to sell us something we didn't need. Being so far away from home, we definitely appreciated the friendly service.
