Shout-out to Take 5 on Campbell Avenue in Springfield, MO! I had misplaced a 50% off coupon that I had received several months back from when I came here for my first oil change - today I called and explained the situation, they verified I had been a paying customer over the phone, and deemed to honor the 50% off coupon for my wife bringing her ride in for the first time! They didn't have to do that - but because they did and went above and beyond for that great customer service, they are worthy of a 5 star review! Service was quick, staff were friendly!
It's ALWAYS a joy coming up here and getting an oil change, I actually look forward to it!!! Ryan, Nicholas and Jenny were all super friendly and comfortable to talk to. Jenny was happy and laughing with me. Nicholas was careful and helpful undoing the glovebox to check my filter and Ryan had some fun stories about when he ran low on oil too! (mine was completely empty 🤯) Hopefully I didn't mix up the dudes, but overall I'm always happy to come here! 🙌
I was given extraordinary service BEFORE my oil was changed AND AFTERWARDS! I was offered a bottle of water as I waited in my vehicle BEFORE the staff knew what I wanted. AFTERWARDS, my debit card only paid half the bill and I had serious trouble transferring my funds from my savings account to my checking account so that I could pay the fee. I'm VERY GRATEFUL that Jennifer was kind enough to let me try to get those funds transferred, but when they didn't she was kind enough to let me pay in multiple ways so that the fee could get paid. As I stated, I'm VERY GRATEFUL and recommend anyone that's in need of an oil change to visit this company and/or location on South Campbell in Springfield, Missouri. Thank you, once again, and may our LORD continue to bless and keep you.
