Today was my first Take 5 experience, and I was blown away by the spectacular service. Tony took phenomenal care of us meeting us at the car with water and a snack for my toddler, he made sure to keep me updated on how long the people in front of me would take and gave excellent customer service. Jacob and Jeremy performed the service expertly and informatively the whole time. The price is not as cheap as Walmart but the convenience and the level of service more than make up for it in my opinion. We will be back!
Super friendly staff. Even when busy, the process was painless for a first visit. I will note that within 3 days I got a new dashboard alert so I pulled back in and they checked it out, we sorted out the issue free of charge and I was on my way again. They may even help you figure out your vehicle quirks if you need assistance popping the hood...ehem. I will continue to use these guys and gals for future service. I enjoy the free fluid top‐offs between services too. I love my washer fluids on my highway travel and it shows. Never gotta buy that stuff again! 😆
Went there for an oil change 2 weeks later my daughter found oil on her drive and called me I was out of town. There was a problem. But I called them and they got ahold of their manager Arthur even though I was out of town he showed up the next morning, checked it out corrected the immediate problem and requested that I go to one of the other locations to have a new oil change and fully check out my truck. EMELYN and CAM took great care of me . I was back on the road in no time. I will definitely be going back there thankyou so much!
