Every single time I come to Take 5, they take such great care of me and my vehicle! From the moment I pull in, the team is always welcoming, friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful. One of the things I appreciate most is how they communicate with me throughout the entire process. They take the time to explain every step, tell me what they’re checking, and make sure I understand everything before I leave. During my most recent visit, I received an oil change and new wiper blades, and once again, the entire experience was quick, convenient, and stress-free. They walked me through everything they were doing and made sure my vehicle was taken care of. They even went above and beyond by helping me set up an account since I’m a small business owner! That extra level of service meant so much to me. As a business owner myself, I truly appreciate businesses that take the time to build relationships with their customers and find ways to make things easier for them. It’s so nice to have a place where I feel comfortable asking questions and know I’ll be treated with kindness and respect. I never feel pressured or rushed, and I always leave feeling confident that my vehicle has been properly taken care of. Great customer service makes all the difference, and the team at Take 5 consistently delivers. They have definitely earned a loyal customer, and I highly recommend them!
Take 5 in Ozark is FANTASTIC! I pulled up less than 30 min before they close & they did not hesitate to see me. August & Andi were the two employees who took care of me. They got my jeep in tip top shape after a couple hundred mile road trip, and even went above and beyond by discounting the services they gave me because I need a new filter, and wasn’t expecting it. They were fabulous. Great communication with me, between the two of them & made my experience with Take 5 an excellent & memorable one! Thanks y’all. I’ll def be back!
August was the go to man with the plan in that crew. I showed up feeling like I'm one of the boys getting a fresh cold water. Asked about my day, and got some top quality service. I really enjoy the service that was provided and probably because the staff I'll go to take five again for all my vehicles.
