Cameron and Emelyn are wonderful! I have never gone to a drive in oil changing place so I was nervous and unsure of what to expect, but both of these amazing individuals did great! They created a fun, and amazing environment and experience! They are both the most sweet, kind, and funniest people I have ever encountered at any oil place. They were both experts at their jobs and made it comfortable! Will definitely be returning just for them!
Every single time I come to Take 5, they take such great care of me and my vehicle! From the moment I pull in, the team is always welcoming, friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful. One of the things I appreciate most is how they communicate with me throughout the entire process. They take the time to explain every step, tell me what they’re checking, and make sure I understand everything before I leave. During my most recent visit, I received an oil change and new wiper blades, and once again, the entire experience was quick, convenient, and stress-free. They walked me through everything they were doing and made sure my vehicle was taken care of. They even went above and beyond by helping me set up an account since I’m a small business owner! That extra level of service meant so much to me. As a business owner myself, I truly appreciate businesses that take the time to build relationships with their customers and find ways to make things easier for them.
