Phenomenal customer service! Went above and beyond in helping us. It was a very hot day, my kids and I had been traveling a long ways. They gave us cold waters and each of my kids a frozen treat. They were super polite and professional. The manager, Michael, did an excellent job! Truly appreciate the kindness shown and how quickly they took care of our vehicle.
My oil dip stick broke during removal, they notified me immediately. Got management involved. Subsequently, I had to take my truck to a repair shop to have this fixed. Their claims department paid for the repair the same day. Communication was great. They took care of my vehicle 100% and gave me some comps to boot! I appreciate the way they handled this situation and would recommend the Joplin location to anyone. Five stars
I was greater with a bottle of water. I never left my driver's seat. Everything that needed explanation had visible signage to help. I got an oil change. They were respectful and helpful in every way. I used a digital coupon without issue. They offered some upsells, but I needed and wanted a new back window wiper, and appreciated knocking off another item from my to do list. If you haven't been there yet, I recommend you do. I had no appointment on a Saturday morning and got right in. Hands down the best experience doing something I always dred doing.
