Used this location a few times and had good luck. Previous visit was problematic, oil change was not finished properly due to oil filter issues. I was contacted by the regional manager Arthur and he absolutely bent over backwards on a Saturday to make it right. The shift manager Michael and he worked their butt's off to fix the issue and were very professional and polite throughout. Nobody is perfect every time but what happens after an issue tells alot and this instance is the true definition of customer service! I would highly recommend and I will be back.
Less than 10 minutes. They were super friendly and communicated with me the entire time. I was gonna go to Walmart but it was super fast and easy. Was nice to NOT be treated like crap because im a "woman" verses each time im at Walmart they try to get me to spend $$$ thinking i dont know what I need when I actually do know quite a bit about cars.
Always super quick, thorough and polite. They do upsell but they do not pressure. “No” is a no for them and they move on. They show you everything they are changing or need to change. Best part is you don’t have to leave the vehicle! I did have to wait last visit but with 2 people in front of me I think I waited 5-6 minutes.
