I was very impressed with this service. I don't have one local to me and this one was local to where I was working when needing an oil change while away 2.5 hours from home. I was able to just stay in my car and eat my lunch while the crew took care of me. They weren't pushy on any extra items and kindly explained everything so I could know what they were doing and make my own informed decision. I wish there was one close to where I live but the closest is 1.5+ hours away. The place I normally go locally typically takes over 1.5 hours (usually closer 2 two or more hours) and they are always so pushy on extras. I will go back to Take 5 when I am in town again!
Update: I want to give a shout out to Paul! He went above and beyond with kindness and great attention to detail! So helpful and thoughtful! Great place for an oil change! Greeted by extremely pleasant and professional staff members. Given a complimentary bottle of water and you don't even have to get out of your vehicle! No pushy sales tactics, just awareness of everything going on with your vehicle. Very efficient - they get you out quick. And overall very positive experience, I will definitely be back!
I enjoy Take 5 concept when it comes to a simple oil change. To have the ability to see what the techs are doing and not feel like you're getting taken advantage of is something that should have been the standard all along. I would like to think Adam and Cenneth for the amazing job that they did. Thank you
