Outstanding service; the techs ALL used polite language when addressing me, and fellow workers, a rarity these days. Explained EVERY step they took in servicing my new car and the price was 10 bucks CHEAPER than the Dealership, better than a poke in the eye, as my wife would say. Greeted with a smile, bottle of cold water, no need to get out of your car, visually watched EVERY task attempted, comprobal pricing. A customer can't ask for much more! I HIGHLY recommend this business!!

I don’t typically leave reviews, but this experience absolutely deserved one. I was desperately overdue for an oil change, and my dealership couldn’t get me in for several weeks. I had already gone about 1,000 miles past when it needed to be done, so I decided to take a chance on Take 5, and I’m so glad I did. From the moment I pulled in, the entire team was professional, friendly, and incredibly thorough. There were four or five gentlemen working together, Tucker (Hood), David (Pit), Layne (Safety), Cenneth (MoD), and Tucker (Svc Writer). I was genuinely impressed by how well they communicated. They explained everything they were doing, double-checked their work for safety, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process. As someone who doesn’t usually go anywhere but the dealership, I was a little nervous. Those nerves disappeared almost immediately because of how knowledgeable and respectful the staff were. Not only did they provide exceptional customer service, but they also saved me money. After being quoted around $200 elsewhere, they completed my oil change for about $130. It’s rare to find a business that combines honesty, professionalism, efficiency, and outstanding customer service the way this team did. Thank you to all of the gentlemen who took care of my vehicle. I was SO impressed with these guys! Their customer service was top notch, super friendly, their lead gentleman was incredibly nice and praised his guys for a job well done. Customer service seems to have gone by the wayside but these guys were amazing! I would go here for an oil change every time. I left with a smile. More companies should take a page from Take 5’s book! Keep up the good work, guys! I’m a travel nurse from Iowa (originally from Missouri), and would go out of my way to get my oil changed here again. Great job guys!
