It was a great experience . They dud do it in 5 minutes and do nice I coukd stay IN my car with mobility issues and like that can see what they are trujy doing. They were all so nice and polite. They checked my fluids and my tire pressured. Which was great and reassuring . They do nit try to get you to do what you don’t need or if need it they do not pressure you to do it. I like too that you can cone back to get a toooff in your level. I like I did not need an appt. I am going to tell my older friends about this and my adults. It was a great experience and in ten minutes I loved it. These days oil changes costs have ballooned in past several months due to war in Iran and tariffs and they were no more expensive and actually less expensive then my dealer thst I normally go to . Will go back
I recently moved here from another state and I was looking for a reputable place close by that did oil changes. Take 5 got rave reviews and it was soooo close to my house. When I got there (no appointment) I got my car immediately in the bay, and was greeted by the manager who offered me an ice cold water (which I gladly accepted since it was about 95 degrees out!). My experience there from beginning to end took all of about 15 minutes total and I got to stay in my car the whole time! I felt they were transparent about their prices and making suggestions if needed (ie: a coolant flush in my case), but not at all pushy. In fact, they put a note in my file to give me $20 off when I do come in for a coolant flush! They also gave me a coupon for a free car wash at a place just a couple doors down the road from them! I will definitely return to Take 5! Excellent and friendly customer service!
This was absolutely the best experience I’ve had getting an oil change! I was greeted right away by Ryan and Keshon, who immediately treated me to a cold bottle of water, which was such a nice and welcoming touch. The service here is incredibly fast they had me in and out in no time, but they were also extremely thorough. Both Ryan and Keshon have amazing communication skills and a fantastic, respectful behavior when talking to customers. They explained everything clearly and made the whole process completely stress-free. Overall, the service is just top-tier. Of course, if you need an oil change, you absolutely need to visit this location and look for these two. Huge shoutout to Ryan and Keshon for the brilliant work. I highly recommend them to everyone!
