Went in on a Sunday afternoon, and had 2 cars ahead of me. I didn't time it, but I think I waited about 30 minutes for them to get to my truck. I also understand that they are changing hot oil from a hot engine, so I didn't mind the wait. Once they started it didn't take more than 15 minutes and I was on my way. My truck has a cumbersome flap in the wheel well that has to be pulled to access the oil filter. I looked the truck over and noticed the flap had not been secured. I went back and explained the situation and one of the techs took care of my issue right then and there! Couldn't be more happy!
the quickest take 5 i’ve been to, everyone was nice and helpful. i use a fleet account to pay and i’ve had issues using it at checkout at other take 5’s and i’ve had to wait and talk to customer service to get it resolved, but the manager at this location went out of his way to call them himself and sent me on my way. best customer service, definitely go to this location. thanks again!
Since it has been SO hot outside ~ I was concerned about how the staff was holding up ~ the first thing they did was greet me with a smile and provide me with a bottle of water! That was very thoughtful ~ above and beyond! Everyone was professional and friendly, and service was very efficient. I highly recommend this company!
