Rob and his team were awesome! I’m from Texas and came to Missouri to drop my son off at Mizzou. I noticed the oil level warning on my dashboard and immediately went to this place. Instead of just doing an oil change, the team took the time to check everything, confirmed that the oil level was low, and recommended an oil change. They got everything taken care of quickly and professionally. We made it safely back home to Texas, and I really appreciate Rob and the entire team for taking care of us. Thank you guys so much! Here in Columbia MO they have fast and experienced people at this location on Conley Rd . This is my first time using a drive up oil change service, I was somewhat impressed with the performance of the shop and the set-up. The technician working on my vehicle was very kind and passionate about their service. I did notice that they were not short on people, the whole experience took at the most maybe 20 minutes. Along with the oil change, wipers fluid, air filter, window cleaning, and tire pressure was all addressed keeping the vehicle safe. Thanks take 5 oil change for your commitment to quality and service.
I had never been to a Take 5 before but I will definitely be coming back for my oil changes! For one: no appointment needed is the absolute best! You just drive up and they guide you to the stall where you need to go. Then they offered me a cold bottle of water immediately since I was having to turn my car off and it was pretty hot outside. They honored my coupon for $25 off for signing up for the text marketing. On top of getting my oil changed with the best oil and filter I could buy, they also changed my cabin air filter and cleaned my windshield and aired up my tires all for around $150, and I got to see it all done in person which gives me peace of mind. Rodney was my technician that handled everything for me and he was great, and had awesome customer service! Will be coming back, what an awesome experience!
