I was trying to find a good place to have my car oil changed on the internet and ran across Take 5. Their website was great and informative, plus they offered discount coupons. My first time visiting this establishment on North Hill Street in Meridian MS. The staff is awesome. The greeted me as soon as I pulled in, asked how they could help me, presented me with a cold bottle of water. They completed my oil change, changed my cabin and air filters, explained the extended service they offer, and thanked me for choosing their company. I’ve already recommended Take 5 to my family, and will definitely recommend it to my friends. Haven’t received this type service in a long time; it’s refreshing. Thanks Take 5 staff. Especially my technician Justice.
The first time ever that an oil change shop actually pulled up my entire vehicle service history. From there the technician took time to explain why there were certain service requirements that needed to be addressed. Also I was able to follow on a screen what was needed and the cost as they appeared. The tech was not in a hurry to rush me off, asked if I had any questions and was patient to answer all my concerns. Thank you “Take 5” I’ll be a lifetime customer !!! 💯
I love the service, the workers were friendly and made sure all my needs were met. I loved that they gave that bottle of water when I drove up, I was totally parched, the technician explained every step of the way and made sure that I was informed of things needed and explained the services rendered from start to finish. This was a first time visit that I decided to try since I was in the area on short time to get the service done. I will use the service again and recommend to my friends.
