First time customer at Take 5 and will be getting my oil changes (and other servicing needs) done here. Fastest oil change I've ever had or heard of. Personnel at Take 5 were friendly and professional. From my arrival until my departure I felt comfortable and as if they knew what they were doing. I tried Take 5 due to needing a quick oil change. This oil change was done faster than the amount I waited in line (and left to come to Take 5) at my usual place down the road from Take 5. After twenty plus years at the other place, I now have a new place. Thank you Take 5. (Yes, as always, I double-checked the work when I got home, and it was as it should be.)
Absolutely amazing service! I had never been here before and we drove up and received ice cold water bottles immediately. They started explaining what we needed and made sure we understood the process and why they were doing what they were doing. This was a huge positive because I have no clue about car things and they were not judgmental or impatient when explaining (unlike prior experiences with dealing with car people). They made me feel comfortable to come back which I will be doing. Huge shout out to Derrick! He was amazing!
I stopped by Take 5 today because I was tired of feeling like I was paying high dollar for low dollar service. This place was a game changer! It was very quick despite being short staffed, the guys working were very informative without trying to oversell, and they were very thorough with what they were doing. They double check their work and verify it with another technician. Joshua and Isaac helped me out today, and I left feeling like my car had truly been serviced well! I will most definitely be back!
