I went to get an oil change first thing this morning because my mileage was up on my sticker but my oil light wasn’t on. Thank goodness Josh explained that the mileage was just for me to come in and see if I needed any additional oil (up to 2 quarts) or fluids per the policy. I appreciate both him and Sherwin for being super nice and explaining to me how it actually works. My oil was still good and they topped off my fluids and put air in my tires. This wasn’t my first time at this Clinton location and because of Josh and Sherwin, it won’t be my last time.
I cannot say enough great things about Take 5 Oil Change. The team is always professional, knowledgeable, and extremely efficient. You can tell these guys truly know what they are doing and take pride in their work. They explain everything clearly, work quickly, and always make sure my vehicles are taken care of properly. Their customer service is one of the main reasons I continue coming back. In fact, I make it my business to travel from another state every three to four months just for them to service my vehicles. That alone says a lot about the trust and confidence I have in this team. Every visit has been a smooth experience, and they consistently go above and beyond. If you are looking for honest, skilled, and dependable service, I highly recommend Take 5 Oil Change.
