I had a great experience at Take 5 Oil Change! The entire team was friendly, professional, and made me feel like I was in good hands. Seth, Matthew, Jeff, and Gavin were all great, and Phil was the manager and you can definitely tell! 😂 He clearly runs a great team. Gavin was the tech who did my oil change, and he was very thorough. He took the time to explain everything to me, went over a lot of important details, and made sure I understood what was going on with my vehicle. I really appreciated the attention to detail and the customer service from everyone. I definitely recommend this location! Great team, great service, and they actually make you feel valued as a customer. I’ll definitely be back! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great service! The employees were friendly & explained everything they were doing . They are good at their job and with upselling. I’m not sure I needed the “better” oil filter, but at that moment I felt I did. I also needed to buy a new air filter. They offered a 30,000 rear differential service, but I didn’t do it due to time constraints & not being sure if it was needed. I spent more money and time there than I had planned, but did get very good service.

You get met outside with a cold bottle of water before you even pull into the garage. The experience was great. While there was the regular “upselling” you expect from this type of service there was also times in which services that were “by the book” recommendations were listed as suggestions for next time as the condition was better than would be expected at that mileage. Staff were very friendly and knowledgeable about both their products and the condition and specifications of my vehicle. I would certainly recommend them to anyone who wants honest, reliable, and speedy service.
